$38 Million Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Amazing Movie Set to Release in 2025

(usartical). In 1987, Arnold Schwarzenegger starred in the enduring action-sci-fi masterpiece Predator. A franchise that is still going strong nearly 40 years after the movie’s release.                                                                                                                                                            But aside from Predator, the legendary bodybuilder also acted in a kitsch classic, which was a recreation of Stephen King’s novel The Running Man. A remake of the less well-liked 1987 Arnold Schwarzenegger movie is now in the works.                                                          The project is being directed by renowned filmmaker Edgar Wright, who is best known for movies like Shaun of the Dead and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Rather than being an accurate rendition of King’s book, the first movie was more of an action movie with one-liners. Maybe this explains why The Running Man only made $38 million after spending $27 million on production.                                                                                                                                                                                      Edgar Wright is not seeking an exact replica.                                                                          Screenwriter Edgar Wright started writing on the script in 2021 after showing interest in the project. According to producer Simon Kinberg, they are actively working on the project. Michael Bacall, the screenwriter for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, is collaborating with Wright to complete the script. Kinberg added that they are prepared to begin production in 2024 with a potential    release in 2025   .     The release in 2025 is not certain, but it is plausible. Given that the novel is set in 2025, Wright and the filmmakers may be pushing for a 2025 release date for the remake. The Running Man was written by Stephen King in 1982.  No Other opinions forArnold Schwarzenegger                                                                              Not one of the most beloved action movies in the Hollywood star’s career is the 1987 picture. Additionally, Arnie seems uninterested in the project. Wright intends to create an accurate remake, therefore the movie won’t really look like the 1987 version. In addition, Arnold Schwarzenegger has no interest in playing any kind of role in the adaptation.        Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger attends an event marking the completion of a 4-acre solar rooftop constructed atop AltaSea's...  On the Rich Eisen show, nevertheless, the 76-year-old expressed his happiness that Edgar Wright is directing The Running Man. “They can do whatever they want,” remarked Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was never big on sequels or remakes.
