However, an exclusive insider discloses to Us Weekly that the love story has a darker side, suggesting a past romantic involvement between Noah, 24, and Purcell. The source states, “Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started chasing him,” adding that Tish was aware of the situation. 
Tish, recounting the initiation of her relationship with Purcell, detailed how he had been her “hall pass” during her 28-year marriage to Billy Ray. After a missed Instagram direct message in 2016, Tish messaged Purcell in 2022, shortly after her divorce. 
The family dynamics took a hit when Tish and Purcell tied the knot in August 2023 at Miley’s Malibu estate, and Noah was notably absent.
