Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce bid an emotiona farewell to his 13-year NFL career on Monday, reminiscing about pivotal moments, including the life-changing evening he first met his wife, Kylie Kelce, at the Eagles’ Christmas party in 2014. 
In a tearful press appearance, Jason, 36, shared the vivid memory of seeing Kylie for the first time, admitting it brought him to tears. He recalled the Eagles’ Christmas party at Buffalo Billiards, where his life would change forever. “I can still clearly picture her entering the room,” he said, wiping away tears.
The “burned in my retina” moment was when Kylie, 31, entered the bar, radiating an aura that captivated Jason. He described her as intelligent, attractive, serious yet lighthearted – an immediate awareness of something special. 
The couple revealed in their September 2023 Prime Video documentary, “Kelce,” that they first connected on a dating app. Kylie playfully noted, “Jason won’t let me lie about this.” Despite Jason not showcasing his football persona on Tinder, Kylie recognized him as “kind of familiar” after a quick Google search. Their first meeting at a bar marked the beginning of what Jason called “love at first sight.”
