The 44-year-old founder of Poosh, who gave birth to her and husband Travis Barker’s son, Rocky Thirteen, in November, shared a new exercise on Instagram Story on Saturday.
Kardashian wrote, “Doing the most important job in the world… being a mommy,” over a treadmill video. “Keeping my baby alive, on-demand breastfeeding means keeping calories high with lots of nourishing foods.”
Kardashian added that she’s returning to her exercise regimen in the video, which had a joyful Christmas song as the music.
“Along with my stroller walks outside, I’m taking my time to gradually ease back into some uphill treadmill walks when I can slip them in. With a heart emoji, Kardashian said, “Be kind to yourself.”
The Kardashians star previously posted about her “healing” first day back in the gym on Wednesday. Earlier this week, she revealed the first images of the couple’s baby boy. Additionally, she’s “taking it easy,” as she clarified at the time.
Kardashian posted a black-and-white video of herself using a treadmill on her Instagram Story along with the caption, “7 weeks postpartum: first day in the gym doing 30 minutes walking 3.0 12.0 incline taking it easy, no rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it’s not a race.”
Kardashian was “over the moon about her son’s arrival,” according to a source who previously told usartical that her “pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end.”
At the time, the source said, “She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now.” “She feels so blessed.”
In addition, the insider revealed that 48-year-old Barker “keeps being amazing” to his wife, even providing her with some “healthy food” at the hospital following her delivery. The source continued, “He makes sure she has everything she needs.” “Their baby boy is his obsession.”
