Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, the audiences in the stands went crazy, and now they can experience the same thing at home.

In celebration of her 34th birthday, the pop sensation uploaded an extended version of her concert film Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour to YouTube on Wednesday. She also thanked her followers on Instagram for their support.Taylor Swift Eras tour 091023 06 02f96224f2074315898a1f7b7bb20853 1

Speak Now’s “Long Live,” Lover’s “The Archer,” and 1989’s “Wildest Dreams” are among the songs performed in the extended version of the Eras Tour movie. These songs weren’t included in the original theatrical release. Swift debuted a snippet of the “Long Live” performance on TODAY to commemorate the movie’s home release. She then posted the video to Instagram with a heartfelt message.

Citing the words of the song, she wrote, “I had the time of my life fighting dragons with youuuu.” “Celebrate 34 with me by watching The Eras Tour (Extended Version) including ‘Long Live’ 🐉 ‘The Archer’ 🏹 and ‘Wildest Dreams’ 🩵 at home!”

“PS troll me all you want about my excessive and literal millennial emoji use but A) no one’s prouder to be a millennial and B) it’s my birthday and today I am exempt! 🎂,” Swift said, making fun of her fans’ criticism of her social media posting style.

Taylor Swift's Extended Eras Tour Film: Reliving the Spectacle of a Groundbreaking Musical JourneySwift also debuted a clip from the movie “The Archer” earlier this week on TODAY. In it, she sung the line, “Combat, I’m ready for combat / I say I don’t want that,” while sporting a pastel-colored Atelier Versace bodysuit.

As the concert film directed by Sam Wrench was shot over the course of her August performances at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium, a handful of other portions of the setlist still won’t be included in the on-demand version. “Cardigan” and “No Body, No Crime” with Haim, played at the L.A. dates, won’t be included, and other songs from the tour like “Invisible String,” “Nothing New” with Phoebe Bridgers, the “Seven” interlude and “’Tis the Damn Season” also won’t be featured.

Originally, the cinematic version of Swift’s career-spanning 2023 tour came in at just over 2 hours and 45 minutes, shortened from the live show runtime of 3 hours and 15 minutes. Now, the Extended Version is about 15 minutes longer.

The Midnights artist announced The Eras Tour (Extended Version) in late November when she revealed that it would be available to rent at home starting on Dec. 13 in honor of her 34th birthday.

She announced the news at the time by sharing a social media video of herself performing “Wildest Dreams.” She stated in the caption, “Well, so, basically I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we’ve had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home! Because I have a birthday coming up!”

“I’m delighted to inform you that the extended version of the movie, which features “Wildest Dreams,” “The Archer,” and “Long Live,” will be accessible for on-demand rental in the US, Canada, and other countries that will be revealed shortly, beginning on—you guessed it—December 13 🫶💋.”
