In the past, Netflix has been quite selective when disclosing the viewing patterns of its users, emphasizing popular or highly performing content in “Top 10” or “Most Popular” lists rather than providing more accurate consumption statistics. The least-watched TV series and films are now publicly known for the first time thanks to the recently revealed data.
30% of viewers’ most-watched content, according to Netflix, consisted of non-English language shows such “The Snow Girl” (Spain), “The Empress” (Germany), and “Fauda” (Israel). Half of the viewing time was spent on licensed content, such as “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Suits,” which have both gained new fans on the platform, and the remaining 45% was devoted to original television shows and movies.

Prior to the show’s popular summer comeback, the first season of “Suits,” which lasted for nine seasons on USA Network, was the 67th most-viewed episode on Netflix as of June of this year.
Ted Sarandos, co-CEO of Netflix, highlighted “Suits'” popularity during a press conference with reporters on Tuesday, including CNN, to present the company’s latest engagement report.
“What’s fascinating is that a show like ‘Suits,’ which has been on USA for a while, was also available on Peacock and Amazon for a few years prior to its release on Netflix,” added Sarandos. Despite this, we managed to reach a sizable worldwide audience for it because to the combination of our sizable subscriber base and our advice.
